Our walk to school

Triniti said to me today " I love being 6!" I said cool. Than she started to count up, until she got to 10 years old. I told her no! You are going to stay six forever. And she just gave me here goofy Triniti look and said no I will be taller than you one day. I said you are going to stay just like this.

I now know why are parents treat us like little kids for our whole lives. At 6 years old they are the purest, most innocent and inquisitive little humans. Everything about life is exciting and fun for her right now. She looks forward to the future. She doesn't care if I buy her a dollar store toy or a five hundred dollar toy, mommy bought her a toy! Her biggest complaint is not liking what I cook for dinner.

I can't imagine my kids older. I love them at this age. Especially Dayton, he loves me for me. He loves me because I give him his baba, change his diaper and spoil him with kisses all day. And he smiles just at the sound of my voice. But no more kids for me. Strange.
